Eben Johnson Consultants was established in the year 2008. It is strategically located in the heart of Dubai and is registered with the Department of Economic Development, Government of Dubai. With its team of dedicated professionals, it provides a variety of value added services in the fields of Project Development, Quantity Surveying, Contract Management, Claims Management and caters to the broader spectrum of Buildings and Civil Engineering projects. Eben Johnson blends its in-depth knowledge of the local market with the international industry norms, complemented by modern management practices, thereby providing customized services to meet individual Client requirements.

OUR LEADERSHIP

Johnson Neil is the Senior Consultant and Director of Eben Johnson Consultants, effectively heads the fast-growing team. Johnson Neil is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor possessing dynamic and versatile skill sets gathered through his 33 years of international and local experiences in the construction industry, of which 28 years were gained in the UAE working with leading developers, consultants and major contractors.

He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors - UK (FRICS), Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Arbitrators - UK (FCIArb), Fellow of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (FAIQS), Fellow of the Institution of Surveyors - India (FIS) Fellow of the Indian Institute of Quantity Surveyors – India (FIIQS) and a Trustee of the International Ethics Standards Coalition-UK. Building on his Civil Engineering and Quantity Surveying qualifications obtained from India, he also successfully completed a Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying from the College of Estate Management, UK and a Post Graduate Degree in Construction Law and Arbitration from the Robert Gordon University, UK.

He has an extensive experience within project development, pre / post contract commercial and quantity surveying functions, tendering and contractual matters extending over a wide variety of building and civil engineering projects.

As a leading consultant with a strong track record, Eben Johnson has successfully delivered quality services on number of projects and therefore has the appropriate staff available with the right skills and appropriate experience. The Director plays an active role in leading the team from a strategic level and will participate wherever necessary in delivering quality services.

All staff, apart from the administrative employees, are professionally qualified as either Quantity Surveyors or Engineers and well experienced in the pre / post contract quantity surveying functions gained on a wide variety of building and civil engineering projects.
