Johnson Neil, the Senior Consultant and Managing Director of Eben Johnson Consultants, effectively heads the fast-growing team. Johnson Neil is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor possessing dynamic and versatile skill sets gathered through his 32 years of experience in the UAE construction industry, working with leading developers, consultants, major contractors, and subcontractors.

He is a Fellow of various international institutions including Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – UK (FRICS), Chartered Institution of Arbitrators – UK (FCIArb), Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (FAIQS), Institution of Surveyors – India (FIS), Indian Institute of Quantity Surveyors – India (FIIQS) and a Trustee of the International Ethics Standards Coalition-UK.

Building on his Civil Engineering and Quantity Surveying qualifications obtained from India, he also completed a Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying from the College of Estate Management, UK, and a Postgraduate Degree in Construction Law and Arbitration from Robert Gordon University, UK.

He has extensive experience in project development, pre-contract and post-contract commercial and quantity surveying functions, procurement and tendering, and contractual and claim management, extending over a wide variety of building and civil engineering projects.
